If you have any kind of business whatsoever, it's important to realize that thinking about your customer's needs and providing exceptional customer service can go a LONG way towards success. That's because people innately remember the way you made them *feel* much more accurately than they remember specific products or services you sold them. When customers feel heard or empathized with, they keep coming back.
